Dems will begin writing ObamaCare reconciliation bill this afternoon. CBO has no cost estimate. Dems said to be at least four votes short but Obama/Pelosi reportedly tearing arms out of their sockets to 'convince' potential no votes. Wavering Dems believed to be 'reassured' by reconciliation bill. Continuing..."
