"They'll" say it "worked so well" that they "may" incorporate it into law enforcement. SCREAM PEOPLE - SCREAM!!!!!!!!!
OK....you can say this theory is nuts and that I must be seeing "Black Helicopters " over cities....oh wait....
We HAVE seen black helicopters over our cities.....!
This was filmed in Elgin, Illinois about 40 miles from Chicago. I assume it's for the NATO summit this week as a security measure.
