American Patriots and Guns .....

With that as a backdrop, I was asked this week if Patriots have an obligation to arm themselves -- to be gun owners, and be proficient at the use of arms. I thought at first the question was rhetorical, but after some consideration, I realize that there are millions of grassroots Patriots who are NOT among the 60 million plus Patriots who are already law-abiding gun owners.

Apparently, the question needs to be addressed, as the answer may not be as obvious to some folks as it should be. By way of responding to this question, let me first briefly reiterate the historical and enduring case for gun ownership, which is as relevant today and tomorrow as it was at the dawn of our national founding.

The Founders Believed in Secession......

In the aftermath of petitions from all 50 states to secede being posted on the White House website and signed by over a million Americans, the secessionist movement has been portrayed as anti-American, unpatriotic and even treasonous. In reality, as Ron Paul has emphasized, it is as American as apple pie and George Washington.

In Philadelphia and Ohio voting districts, Romney receives zero votes ......

Does give one pause.....

Based on current data, President Barack Obama toppled Romney, 19,605 votes to 0, in the 59 Philadelphia districts. Those districts constitute about 3.5 percent of the city’s total population.

Budget deficit rises to $120 billion in October.......

So interesting how all this information seems to trickle out AFTER the election....just sayin'....

The budget deficit rose in October, the first month of fiscal year 2013, as looming negotiations over expiring tax cuts and imminent spending reductions dominated the post-election political landscape.

The Treasury said on Tuesday the October deficit was $120 billion, larger than economist forecasts for a $114 billion gap and up from $98 billion in October of 2011.

A Las Vegas business owner with 114 employees— fired 22 workers today as a direct result of President Obama’s re-election. “David”( he asked to remain anonymous for obvious reasons) told Host Kevin Wall on 100.5 KXNT that “elections have consequences”.

Of all the major candidates up for election Tuesday, Paul Ryan was the only one who really couldn't lose either way.


If he won, he'd be a heartbeat behind Mitt Romney in the White House — establishing a strong vice presidency he said would be modeled after former Vice President Dick Cheney.

Obama's Real Second Term Plan....

Obama would like everyone to believe that his second-term policies will address what he sees as the great inequalities and unfairness inherent in the American system. He wants to level the playing field. What he can't tell you -- and what most Americans are realizing -- is that leveling out America will reduce freedom, opportunity, income, innovation, and upward mobility in favor of a government-driven economy. With a government-driven society will come statism, and collectivism follows right on the heels of statism, which will destroy America.
