ObamaCare: The Kiss of Death....
If you think Obama is so wonderful...and our "free" Obamacare is the answer...READ THIS and pass it on....
I've yet to read an article that says costs will come down.
And really....has the Government EVER saved us money - REALLY?
The facts are that Obama and his Democratic Party comrades fudged the numbers, engaged in enormously fraudulent accounting tricks, double-counted Medicare funds, dissembled about what ObamaCare would really entail ("We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it."), and completely misinformed Congress and the public about the scope and impact of these new laws and entitlement programs.

Medicare Billing Rises at Hospitals With Electronic Records.....
But, in reality, the move to electronic health records may be contributing to billions of dollars in higher costs for Medicare, private insurers and patients by making it easier for hospitals and physicians to bill more for their services, whether or not they provide additional care.

Reporters haven’t asked about Sebelius breaking law.....
Just imagine the howling if it where the Bush Administration....
Reporters covering the White House don’t seem to have many questions about Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, who was last week found in violation of federal law against engaging in political activity while on the job.

8,786,049: Yet Another Record for Americans Collecting Disability....
Mitt Romney is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!
We need a safety net...I bet almost all of us at some time or other have had to lean on it. But that is the key word..."lean on it" as a safety net.
Not a life style....not with a sense of entitlement.
He wasn't talking Elderly. They've earned ( by government formulas and payments ) what they receive....
However there are ALOT of people who don't. All that "Free Money" they keep discussing is OUR TAX DOLLARS......
"I once was blind...but now I see" WAKE UP!!!
This isn't a "Gaffe" unless you live in the Willy Wonka World of President Obama..it's the TRUTH.
Something this Administration wouldn't know if it bit them in the posterior.
Atlas is shrugging and we'd all better get skin in this game!
The Social Security Administration has released new data revealing that 8,786,049 American workers are collecting federal disability insurance payments in September. That sets yet another record for the number of Americans on disability.

A few "Truth" problems with DNC 1st day......
HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES SECRETARY KATHLEEN SEBELIUS: "Instead of sending your checks to your insurance companies, your insurance companies are sending a check to you. ...If you already have health insurance you like, you can keep it."
THE FACTS: Under the new health care law, insurers must issue rebates if they fail to spend at least 80 percent of premiums - Sebelius incorrectly said 50 percent - collected on medical care and quality improvement. But mostly it's the employer, not the worker, who gets the check.

Why liberals behave the way they do .......
With the country drowning in debt and Medicare and Social Security on high-speed bullet trains to bankruptcy, the entire Democratic Party refuses to acknowledge mathematical facts. Instead, they incite the Democratic mob to hate Republicans by accusing them of wanting to kill old people.

Repeal & Defeat | The Weekly Standard
Repeal & Defeat | The Weekly Standard:
President Obama’s theory has always been that once health care reform passed, people would rally to it.
Well, they aren’t rallying yet. The last Rasmussen poll before the House passed Obamacare had 54 percent of voters opposed and 41 percent in favor. The first survey taken after the president signed the bill showed 55 percent favoring repeal, with 42 percent supporting the legislation. (Independents were 59 to 35 percent for repeal.) And the generic congressional ballot remained virtually unchanged, with Republicans holding the steady 7-9 point lead they’ve had since the new year. If anything like that margin holds, Republicans will win the House in November."

AT&T to Book $1 Billion Cost on Health-Care Reform (Update3) - BusinessWeek
AT&T to Book $1 Billion Cost on Health-Care Reform (Update3) - BusinessWeek:
March 26 (Bloomberg) -- AT&T Inc. will book $1 billion in first-quarter costs related to the health-care law signed this week by President Barack Obama, the most of any U.S. company so far.
A change in the tax treatment of Medicare subsidies triggered the non-cash expense, and the company will consider changes to the benefits it offers current and retired workers, Dallas-based AT&T said today in a regulatory filing."

Reid casts wrong vote on health care for second time - CNN.com
Huuummmmm...me thinks a Freudian error????? I'm just sayin'......
Reid casts wrong vote on health care for second time - CNN.com:
Washington (CNN) -- Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid mistakenly called out 'no' Thursday when asked for his vote on the health care reconciliation bill, setting the chamber howling with laughter.
Reid voted the wrong way when the clerk called for his vote, realized his error and quickly changed his vote to 'yes.'
'He did it again,' someone said amid laughter."

Obama-Care Will Help Fix 'Economic Inequality' Reagan Partially Responsible For
Funny...Reagan "was" our most beloved President when he died.....now he too has become part of Obama's Enemy List.....
Obama-Care Will Help Fix 'Economic Inequality' Reagan Partially Responsible For:
In Wednesday's front-page “Economic Scene” column by the paper's economic guru David Leonhardt, “In the Process, Pushing Back At Inequality,” Leonhardt fed conservative suspicions Obama's push for health 'reform' was not as much about improving health care but about social engineering, as Leonhardt harped on how the legislation will give a boost to reducing U.S. income inequality (a burning issue for Leonhardt)."

'Go for it,' Obama tells GOP on health repeal
I am so very tired of his daily arrogance!
'Go for it,' Obama tells GOP on health repeal:
President Barack Obama mocked Republicans' campaign to try to repeal his new health care law, saying Thursday they should 'Go for it' and see how well they fare with voters.
'Be my guest,' Obama said in prepared remarks for the first of many appearances around the country to sell the overhaul to voters before the fall congressional elections. 'I welcome that fight. Because I don't believe the American people are going to put the insurance industry back in the driver's seat.'"

The Krauthammer falls: Get ready for VAT [video] | The Daily Caller - Breaking News, Opinion, Research, and Entertainment:
Appearing on Fox News last night, contributor and columnist Charles Krauthammer argued that number fudging and double-counting in the recently passed comprehensive health-care reform bill is going to “cost America a fortune.” For all his “disingenuous” rhetoric, President Obama knows he will need to resort to a national sales tax, Krauthammer said, because there is “no other way” to produce the necessary revenue to finance the bill."

The Real Cost of Health Care Legislation
The Real Cost of Health Care Legislation:
When White House chief of staff Rahm Emanual lobbied Democratic Representative Jason Altmire of Pennsylvania last week to vote for the health care bill, he argued it would cut the deficit. “You ran because you care about the deficit,” he told Altmire, according to the Washington Post. “This is north of $1 trillion in deficit reduction.” Shortly after the bill passed, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi offered the exact number, claiming the bill would save “the taxpayers $1.3 trillion.”
Are these folks disingenuous or just dreaming? It has to be one or the other. Why? Because the evidence of spending projections for health care legislation passes tell a simple and unchanging story. The projections never come close to capturing the magnitude of spending that actually occurs. They prove to be wildly off the mark compared to real-life expenditures."

ObamaCare's Effects Are Already Showing - WSJ.com:
Democrats dragged themselves over the health-care finish line in part by repeating that voters would like the plan once it passed. Let's see what they think when they learn their insurance costs will jump right away.
Even before President Obama signed the bill on Tuesday, Caterpillar said it would cost the company at least $100 million more in the first year alone. Medical device maker Medtronic warned that new taxes on its products could force it to lay off a thousand workers. Now Verizon joins the roll of businesses staring at adverse consequences."

American Thinker: No Longer Able to Save on Health Care Insurance:
The president has promised that his health care plan will save the average American family 2,500 dollars a year in insurance premiums. What an amateur! Without a single Ivy League credential to my name -- let alone any help from government --I did almost three times better this year myself."

44 - Here come the Republican amendments:
Senate Republican amendments to the health-care 'fixes' bill are stacking up, and some could prove tough for Democrats to oppose when the around-the-clock 'vote-a-rama' begins later today. And yet if the legislation changes in any way, it must return to the House for a final vote. So look for Democrats to hang tough -- at least on most of these measures.
Here are highlights from the growing list:"
