 This somewhat obscure stipulation came to light in September as the IRS issued new regulations for employers to determine whether employees are part-time or full-time. According to the new rules, employers are given a “look-back” period of between three and twelve months to calculate employees’ average work hours per week to determine if they are “full-time,” i.e., average 30 hours weekly. Those employees who work the average 30 hours per week will count as “full-time” for the next six months, regardless of how much they work, thus precluding an employer decision to cut workers’ hours to avoid the mandate.

Allred is seeking to unseal testimony by Romney in the divorce proceedings of Staples founder Tom Stemberg, a Romney surrogate and founder of a company that marks one of Bain Capital’s most prominent early successes. Stemberg also served as Romney’s campaign manager during the former Massachusetts Governor’s failed run for President in 2008.


However, Stemberg has a skeleton in his closet. His divorce proceedings with his ex-wife, Maureen, were apparently extremely nasty, and Maureen herself is the subject of a documentary that aired on Lifetime. Roz Zurko of the Examiner explains:

On Monday, several voters complained that their electronic ballot machine cast the wrong vote. All the complaints were made by people who voted at the Bur-Mil Park polling location.

One of the voters, Sher Coromalis, says she cast her ballot for Governor Mitt Romney, but every time she entered her vote it defaulted to President Obama.

“I was so upset that this could happen,” said Coromalis.

Obama seemed to have a touch of the Bidens, wriggling about in his chair, waving his hands dismissively and always – always – smirking in Romney’s direction.

When Romney criticized looming defense cuts, for example, Obama countered by expressing contempt for Romney's alleged ignorance about the military, saying that it was as outdated as military bayonets.

Wisconsin Senator's Son Beaten to Pulp by Anti-Romney Thugs....

Early Friday morning, thugs presumably supporting President Obama beat up the son of Wisconsin State Senator Neal Kedzie outside of his apartment in Whitewater. Kedzie caught the two men removing a Romney sign outside of his apartment around two o'clock in the morning. After telling them to put the signs back, one of the thugs attacked Kedzie and then put him in a choke hold and continued to beat his head.

President Obama sought to make Romney appear unqualified to be president and commander in chief. He failed. And that was the story of the third and final presidential debate.

A foreign policy debate without Operation Fast & Furious is an epic failure. A government gun walking operation allowed over 2,000 guns to fall into the hands of Mexican drug cartels and are connected to the deaths of over 300 Mexican citizens and Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
