This Administration does not give a Wit about the War and/or the Military. This is political cover - Period-dot! They can out this out there; in a gawd-awful economy....everyone will wail they can't afford any more and he can say "It's over...it's the will of the people"...and it doesn't fall on his lap....cowards!
