Obama’s dereliction of duty.....

The facts behind the Obama fairy tale budget....

President Obama has delivered the last budget of his term. Three of the four, including this one, were submitted late, shattering the previous record for an administration. Each of the four proposed more than $1 trillion in higher taxes on hard-working families and businesses, along with trillions in new spending and borrowing instead of a real strategy for growth and jobs. And — most disappointing of all — none of the four offered a credible plan to lift the crushing burden of debt, thus committing current and future generations to diminished prosperity and a nation in decline.

Our Freedom goes away bit by bit by bit....

How can the centralized State accumulate unlimited power, while still retaining the outward form of a democracy? This question has been the obsession of the American Left for over a century. The answer lies in subduing the middle class, which is always the deadly enemy of statism. To subdue the middle class, it must be made dependent upon the State. Middle class voters must, at some critical juncture, voluntarily relinquish a terminal amount of their economic freedom. The trick is keeping them quiet while the State passes the event horizon of growth.

Obama’s budget calls for pay raises; federal workforce size would remain flat ....

Other than the Troops who deserve everything they get and more - the REST of the world hasn't gotten a raise in years either! But Federal Employees will get even more money off OUR backs while the rest of us barely make it every day...I say again...and THEY ASK WHY there is a TEA PARTY????

President Obama wants to give raises to people collecting federal paychecks, but in his new budget proposal, troops would get a larger pay boost than civilian employees.

The White House budget plan released Monday would increase federal civilian pay by a modest 0.5 percent, a bump that would end a two-year cost-of-living pay freeze. Uniformed military personnel would receive a 1.7 percent raise in 2013, the increase indicated by law, according to the proposal.

Emily 'got' her gun! ....FINALLY!

This series is AMAZING. If you aren't upset with the insanity after you read this....well....nuf' said....

I finally got my gun in Washington, D.C. I brought it home today from the District’s firearms’ registry office.

got it After months of aggravation, hundreds of dollars in fees, countless hours jumping over hurdles, I am now a gun owner and finally exercising my second amendment right to keep arms (bearing arms is still illegal in the nation’s capital).

Common Sense: A matter of conscience ....

I'm a lapsed Catholic....I'm not sure "who" God is....but I know he exists. I couldn't look into my grand kids faces without knowing this. Conscience does matter. This is just the tip of the iceberg. If we don't draw our line in the sand NOW, we'll soon suffer the same fate as the Titanic.

During World War II, the War Department and the Department of the Navy urged -- the operative word is "urged," not "ordered," mind you -- U.S. military chaplains to encourage soldiers, sailors, airmen, guardsmen and Marines that God was on our side in the global battle against fascists, Nazis and the godless heathens running rampant across Asia and the Pacific. The hymns "Onward, Christian Soldiers" and "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" were sung with fervor at chapel services regardless of denomination.

$1M to see a cabinet secretary? New Obama ruling reopens the door ......

It also opens to the door to a kind of influence peddling that was banned a decade ago under a landmark campaign finance law — with ramifications that go far beyond the scope of the Citizens United case that the White House professes to disdain. By granting permission for White House staffers and Cabinet secretaries to appear at super PAC events, the White House has returned to a system where corporate donors, unions and other wealthy individuals are able to pay big money for access to policymakers, lawmakers and key administration aides.

Obama proposes $800 million in aid for Arab Spring ......REALLY?!

I say it again and again...they wonder WHY there is a Tea Party...?!

The White House announced plans on Monday to help "Arab Spring" countries swept by revolutions with more than $800 million in economic aid, while maintaining U.S. military aid to Egypt.

Obamacare Allows the President to Tell a Private Company They Have to Offer a Product, and Offer It for Free ....

I find this statement breathtaking in it's insanity!

Newly appointed White House Chief of Staff Jack Lew appeared on five news programs Sunday and made stunning statements during at least three of his appearances. In addition to making misleading remarks on NBC and CNN in regards to the law regarding filibustering a budget vote, despite once being the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, Lew also claimed that the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. ObamaCare) gives the President the authority to tell a private company that they have to offer a product and offer it for free.

Was Lincoln the father of big government?

Only in Obama's World.....and only when convenient....

If big government means a permanently large and growing federal budget and a vast civil service, then Lincoln may deny paternity for both. While the federal budget indeed ballooned to meet the cost of the Civil War (from $63.2 million in 1860 to $1.29 billion in 1865), it shrank once the war ended (back to $293 million by 1870). “If Lincoln had plans to create ‘big government,’” Guelzo notes, “none of his successors seems to have known what they were.” Similarly, while the federal government employed more people during the war, the number shrank once the war ended.

White House's Jack Lew Spins Truth in Defending Obama's Budget

No serious budget proposals in over 1000 days....imagine this was a private Corporation....the word bankruptcy comes to mind....

Yesterday, the newest White House chief of staff, Jack Lew, took to the Sunday talk shows to get a head start on promoting President Barack Obama’s FY2013 budget, which is set to be released today. But just as he was getting warmed up, Lew ran smack into a brick wall when he was forced to defend the Democrat-controlled Senate’s failure to pass a budget in the last 1,019 days.

Palin On Obama: "WTF"

Whiskey...Tango...Foxtrot....need we say more????

Palin zeroed in on President Obama. The current state of the economy "is not a failure of the American people," she said. "It is the failure of leadership. We know how to change that, oh yes we do. Oh yes we can," she said, echoing Obama's campaign line.

"Hope and change – yeah, you gotta hope things change."

"He says he has a jobs plan to win the future. WTF, I know," Palin said, spelling out W-T-F.
