In the latest filing for Buffett’s holding company Berkshire Hathaway, Buffett has been drastically reducing his exposure to stocks that depend on consumer purchasing habits. Berkshire sold roughly 19 million shares of Johnson & Johnson, and reduced his overall stake in “consumer product stocks” by 21%. Berkshire Hathaway also sold its entire stake in California-based computer parts supplier Intel.

 The projected created “1.47″ new jobs, the website reported. How they could calculate this to a hundredth of a percent is anybody’s guess. In any event, that comes out to about $726,000 per job created.

The company, Compact Power, was the recipient of $150 million taxpayer dollars and millions more in tax deferments and credits. The Massachusetts Republican Party today filed a complaint with the Supreme Judicial Court regarding partisan statements made by Michael Frederickson the General Counsel for the Board of Bar Overseers. Frederickson made comments which have blunted criticism of Warren practicing without a law license. Comments he never should have made. here is the press release from the MassGOP.

The fact that the Obama campaign (and some journalists) refuse to answer any questions regrading the fact that Obama’s donation page doesn’t use the CVV feature to ensure they aren’t receiving illegal foreign donations, speaks volumes. It’s how they raise an untold amount of campaign cash, from who knows who, and who knows where. The Obama camp tried to discredit Peter Schweizer to distract Americans from hearing the real story of how his campaign operates. Schweizer may be an activist, but his work is dedicated to cleaning up corruption in government. His record and work for the Government Accountability Institute has been entirely bipartisan and it’s a lie to suggest otherwise.

New evidence shows there were security threats in Libya in the months prior to the deadly September 11 attack that killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. Despite these threats, the State Department left its personnel there to fend for themselves.
