DEAR AMERICA: You Should Be Mad As Hell About This [CHARTS]....
In November, Americans will have a chance to speak their minds.
And there's one thing everyone should agree on:
America just isn't working right now.
It's not just Americans who aren't working. It's America itself, a country whose economy once worked for almost everyone, not just the rich.
In the old America, if you worked hard, you had a good chance of moving up.
In the old America, the fruits of people's labors accrued to the whole country, not just the top.
In the old America, there was a strong middle class, and their immense collective purchasing power drove the economy for decades.
No longer.

What's Changed After Wisconsin...
What happened in Wisconsin signals a shift in political mood and assumption. Public employee unions were beaten back and defeated in a state with a long progressive tradition. The unions and their allies put everything they had into "one of their most aggressive grass-roots campaigns ever," as the Washington Post's Paul Whoriskey and Dan Balz reported in a day-after piece. Fifty thousand volunteers made phone calls and knocked on 1.4 million doors to get out the vote against Gov. Scott Walker. Mr. Walker's supporters, less deeply organized on the ground, had a considerable advantage in money.
Philly mayor backs soda ban in D.C. after opening Shake Shack.....
My head just exploded...they think we are MORONS!
Like Bloomberg, who hosts the Nathan’s hot dog eating contest, we have learned that his fellow soda foe, Nutter, doesn’t walk the walk on fighting obesity either. Because according to the national restaurant chain Shake Shack, famous for its frozen custard and burgers, he cut the ribbon to the latest store opening on Rittenhouse Square Wednesday.

Early Results of Glenn Beck and GBTV’s Massive Voter Registration Drive......
I don't care how you register to vote - however Glen Beck has offered info help to all......
FIND OUT if you are registered.....don't just let it go!
Don't be lazy...
Think of that soldier giving his or her LIFE AWAY so we can have this right so many of us casually piss away, for lack of a better phrase.
That's what TOO MANY of us do! There are over 33 million people NOT registered to vote?
How many of you are gun owners....? Next to Macdonald advocates...the most hunted by this Administration's proposed policies...LITERALLY!
So many of you don't bother which is BEYOND the pale!
DO IT! This may be the most important election of our collective lifetimes.
Don't get me wrong....I'm not a big fan of Mitt's...I'm from Massachusetts...however...
There is a part of me that wonders if we gave him an administration that had support - he had NONE in MA. All democratically held - what could he do...?
So...I'll adapt the WWMD psychology and pray he wins in November.
However the "other" side is better at boots on the ground than we are...but we are leaning - and we need YOU!
One vote does count....one vote can make an election...
Just like one touchdown wins the game...
One kick wins the Superbowl...
One basket gets you into Game 6!
One hit drives home the winning run...
One bad catch loses you the series....
One goal - one save, wins the StanleyCup...
An Army of One can win this.
So...whaddaya say, let's take our country back, ey Folks? Go REGISTER to vote!
The recall heard round the world....
I watched the Wisconsin returns on MSNBC Tuesday night, and it came right down to the wire between “the Democrats were outspent 7-to-1″ and “Republicans are stripping union rights!” As we go to press it’s still too close to call.President Obama wanted to go to Wisconsin, but he just didn’t have time. He’s been doing so many campaign fundraisers lately he barely has time to play golf.
The left’s “outspent” argument is ridiculous. Unions take money by force from members, hire hundreds of political operatives and give them salaries to work on campaigns, then call them “volunteers” so their work isn’t reported as a campaign contribution.

What Is Obama Hiding?
There has been plenty of conjecture regarding Obama's biography. Clearly, he has a penchant for fiction and does not care to fact-check his own life. Nor does he care for others to fact-check or scrutinize what he has been doing as president. Has this been why he has been decimating the taxpayers' best friends in Washington: the inspectors general?
Is President Obama’s Cabinet a “Team of Rivals”—or Just a Bunch of Figureheads? ....
“Kill Scott Walker”: Angry libs flood Twitter with death threats after Wisconsin recall defeat....
D-Day medic still haunted by 'the boy on the beach' ....
And the current Administration ignores.....
The passage of 68 years has not dimmed Army medic Bernard Friedenberg's memory of "the boy on the beach."
Friedenberg was just 22 when he took part in the storied invasion of Normandy, hitting Omaha Beach with the 16th Regiment of the 1st Infantry Division, or “The Big Red One” on June 6, 1944. Moments after reaching the heavily-fortified French coastline, and as Nazi artillery rained down from the cliffs above, Friedenberg found a young, mortally-wounded soldier gasping his last breaths.

Wisconsin recall: the worst night on cable news ....Uh...no it wasn't.....
What this article fails to point out is that - even IF CNN's ratings are the best "when" there is a political event - they are still gawd-awful in the face of FOX.
Sean Hannity has NEVER hidden his agenda....I think we're bright enough out here in the wilds of America to figure all this out for ourselves.... Eight minutes later, CNN's Wolf Blitzer interrupted the network's rerun of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee to break the news.
CNN has no obligation to cover the Wisconsin recall, and one could argue that CNN doesn't need to break that political news, or spend the 10 o'clock hour speculating on the potential political ramifications of the various outcomes. But I highly doubt that CNN would make that argument. ( And by the way....what the heck would they have to talk about if not this? Obama's "Accomplishments"...I didn't realize they were a Comedy Channel?!)
Remember: This is the network that won the primaries, and gets its best primetime ratings when there's a political race.
Brown votes against "Paycheck Fairness Act" that Boston Globe opposed in 2010
I don't like either Bill...but god bless Scott.....
Brown said today, "As a father and husband of women in the workforce, I believe strongly in fair pay, and employers who discriminate against women should be prosecuted aggressively. The bill before the Senate today was flawed and overreaching. It's the right cause but the wrong bill. On the heels of last week's dismal jobs report, the last thing we should be doing is putting more job-killing burdens on small businesses and employers. Instead, we should be focused on creating jobs for women who, like all Americans, have been negatively affected by the employment crisis."

Schultz On Walker Win: He Could "Be Indicted In The Next Few Days"...
Enough.....
"And this sets the template for the Republicans and tells the right-wing in this country that if they can outfund their opponent they have a real good shot as winning," Schultz, an enthurasatic supporter of President Barack Obama in 2008 said toward the end of the segment.
Ed Schultz concluded the segment by making a wild assertion. "Scott Walker could very well be indicted in the coming days," the MSNBC host said.

Joe Biden Booed at Florida’s Cypress Bay Highschool When Discussing Obama; Tells Students to Imagine the Future....
Discussing the inauguration, Biden reportedly said: “I was being picked up by a friend, an African American friend, Barack Obama,“ and the crowd reacted with a mixture of ”boos” and applause.
However, there is video of Biden’s reaction.
Raising and waving his hand, he says: “Regardless of your politics, this is not a political comment, it’s about transition in America.”

Liberal Talk Show Host Bill Press Wants to Junk the National Anthem, Calls It An ‘Abomination’.......
Liberal talk show host Bill Press, perhaps best known for comparing Glenn Beck’s “Restoring Honor” rally to “allowing Al Qaeda to hold a rally on September 11 at Ground Zero” while simultaneously bemoaning the “toxic” nature of talk radio and its destructive effects on civility, has let loose another doozy.
This time Press’s target is nothing less than the United States national anthem, “The Star Spangled Banner,” which Press dislikes for several reasons, according to this clip from his show:

Governor Walker's Victory Spells Doom For Public Sector Unions....
It's OUR time people....ENERGIZE!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's take America BACK!
Despite a last-minute smear campaign accusing Scott Walker of fathering an illegitimate love child, the governor’s recall election victory sends a clear message that should resonate around the nation: The fiscal cancer devouring state budgets has a cure, and he has found it.

Police Stop, Handcuff Every Adult at Intersection in Search for Bank Robber ....
I am a huge fan of Police...I want them safe...but this is just wrong....there had to be a better way......
The actions of the police have been met with some criticism, but Fania said this was a unique situation that required an unusual response.
“It’s hard to say what normal is in a situation like this when you haven’t dealt with a situation like this,” Fania said. “The result of the whole ordeal is that it paid off. We have arrested and charged a suspect.”
EYEWITNESS ALLEGES DEMOCRAT UNION VOTE FRAUD IN WISCONSIN .......
On WMAL’s The Chris Plante Show today a Michigan resident by the name of "Mike" called in to discuss how he had infiltrated a Michigan Union's organized bus convoy, en-route to vote in the Wisconsin recall election for Democrats.
The caller claimed that Michigan’s “Democrat Unions” had organized a convoy of 4 buses, filled with Michigan Democrats, with the intention of voting for Tom Barrett in the Wisconsin recall election.
Caller “Mike” describes “Greyhound size buses, filled to capacity” with a good amount of “freebies” available, “They treated me to lunch!”

EPA Region 1 Adminstrator Curt Spalding Says ‘Law and Policy’ Require the EPA to Stomp Coal Plants Out, Which is ‘Painful Every Step of the Way’ ...
THIS is why the economy is at a stand still.
Why spend any money - any investment - hire any individual when the Administration....just like that - can "do away" with a sector of business....of the economy.
Do away with individual companies....individual jobs......vendor commitments....need I go on..?....with a snap of the proverbial finger.
Just like that. "It was painful"......
I'm quite sure not as painful as it was to those you just DESTROYED......
But know right now, we are, we are struggling. We are struggling because we are trying to do our jobs. Lisa Jackson has put forth a very powerful message to the country. Just two days ago, the decision on greenhouse gas performance standard and saying basically gas plants are the performance standard which means if you want to build a coal plant you got a big problem. That was a huge decision. You can’t imagine how tough that was. Because you got to remember if you go to West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and all those places, you have coal communities who depend on coal. And to say that we just think those communities should just go away, we can’t do that. But she had to do what the law and policy suggested. And it’s painful. It’s painful every step of the way.
Secret mission accomplished: America's secret space plane to land after a YEAR in orbit - and no one knows what it did up there.....
The U.S Air Force’s highly secret unmanned space plane will land in June - ending a year-long mission in orbit.
The experimental Boeing X37-B has been circling Earth at 17,000 miles per hour and was due to land in California in December. It is now expected to land in mid to late June.
At launch, the space plane was accompanied by staff in biohazard suits, leading to speculation that there were radioactive components on board.

We Only Think We Know the Truth About Salt ....
Somebody send this to Bloomberg!!!! ....oh yeah...and to Michelle "Marie Antoinette" Obama!
And yet, this eat-less-salt argument has been surprisingly controversial — and difficult to defend. Not because the food industry opposes it, but because the actual evidence to support it has always been so weak.
When I spent the better part of a year researching the state of the salt science back in 1998 — already a quarter century into the eat-less-salt recommendations — journal editors and public health administrators were still remarkably candid in their assessment of how flimsy the evidence was implicating salt as the cause of hypertension.

Bloomberg Backs Plan to Limit Arrests for Marijuana.......
OK...let me get this straight....you can't have salt on your burgers.....you can't have a Big Gulp to wash it down...however...you can get high......so, when the munchies hit, what are ya gonna do? Call Ghostbusters?
The New York Police Department, the mayor and the city’s top prosecutors on Monday endorsed a proposal to decriminalize the open possession of small amounts of marijuana, giving an unexpected lift to an effort by Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo to cut down on the number of people arrested as a result of police stops.

EPA Using Drones to Spy on Cattle Ranchers in Nebraska and Iowa .......
Tyranny in the United States Senate.....
Abstract: Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has regularly used a procedural tactic called “filling the amendment tree” to restrict Senators’ right to debate and offer amendments. While previous Majority Leaders have occasionally used this tactic, Senator Reid has used this tactic often—more than all of his predecessors combined. This tactic combined with another parliamentary maneuver and demonization of the filibuster threatens to squelch dissent in the Senate and further constrict the national debate on important political issues. The Senate could better serve the American people by ending the use of this tactic.
Obamacare cronyism: The First Lady’s patient-dumping, privacy-meddling scheme
The stench of Chicago cronyism over the White House just got fouler. Inhale this:
A shadowy $10 billion Obamacare agency with zero oversight just awarded first lady Michelle Obama’s pet patient-dumping scheme at the University of Chicago Medical Center a $5.9 million taxpayer-funded grant. It will enable Mrs. Obama’s cronies to build a government-sponsored electronic medical record-sharing system.

That's right. The two most powerful men in America are black, two of the last three Secretaries of State were black, numerous corporate CEOs and other executives are black, and minorities of many races now win state-wide elections in states that belonged to the Confederacy, but the AG implies that Jim Crow is on the cusp of a comeback.

Dreaming of a Superhero....
A Times article by Jo Becker and Scott Shane revealed that the liberal law professor who campaigned against torture and the Iraq war now personally makes the final decisions on the “kill list,” targets for drone strikes. “A unilateral campaign of death is untenable,” the editorial asserted.
On Thursday, Bill Clinton once more telegraphed that he considers Obama a lightweight who should not have bested his wife. Bluntly contradicting the Obama campaign theme that Romney is a heartless corporate raider, Clinton told CNN that the Republican’s record at Bain was “sterling.”
