Even though I find this theory highly realistic....we should NEVER depend on the Government to FIX a situation like this....the City, Town, State and just plain ol' folk should first...
But..... what's he worried about....?....Katrina Like Blow Back? So, it'll be OK if Obama's people show up when they want to....but not GWB's people facing a disaster like we've never seen before also.....hummmmmmmmmmm
