Christie Stands by Decision to Kill Tunnel - WSJ.com
New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie again cited cost overruns Wednesday as he confirmed his decision to scrap a Hudson River train tunnel estimated to cost between $9.8 billion and $12.7 billion.
