Police say an East London Muslim woman has been arrested for murder after she was found chanting the Koran over her 4-year-old daughter’s disemboweled body.
Young Nusayba Bharuchi’s lifeless body was found stabbed to death in the kitchen with her heart and other organs cut out and strewn around the apartment and lying next to her mother, Shayna.
London’s Daily Mail says the killing appears to be part of a religious offering. The paper reports:"
