It seems the crew over at MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” just can’t wrap its head around a Rick Perry presidential run. On this morning’s show, Mika Brzezinksi said she “felt like an alien” while watching people applaud the TX Gov’s weekend speech at the Republican Leadership Conference, while Joe Scarborough compared it to comedian Will Ferrell’s Broadway show mocking George W. Bush.

“I think I saw this guy on Broadway,” Scarborough quipped after watching the clip of Perry, referring to Ferrell’s show “You’re Welcome, America.” Later he added, “I don’t get it.”"
