When Obamacare was being debated, I said the bill's financials were a sham & that the CLASS Program was added to create fake revenue to justify the "budget neutrality" fallacy that the Administration was promoting at the time. Eventually, the truth comes out. This whole thing remains the biggest blown opportunity of my lifetime to do something "good" about all the stuff that's wrong with the US health care system.
