Obamacare HHS Mandate in Court on Halloween.....

 There’s something frightful brewing in courtrooms across the country this week.

In federal courts today and tomorrow, the Obama Administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ) will be arguing against the right of two business owners and one Christian college to operate and serve in accordance with their deeply held beliefs.

As dusk falls in Pittsburgh this evening, the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) will be asking the court to rule against the Obama Administration’s weak-kneed defense of the coercive Obamacare mandate that forces employers to pay for coverage of abortion-inducing drugs, contraception, and sterilization regardless of moral or religious objections.

These malignant beings are attacking every institution they can under a friendly Administration and the fact the economy is so bad...most of these institutions do not have the funds nor wherewithal to fight back.

The Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF), an atheist activist group based in Madison, Wisconsin, is taking a football coach to task, claiming that he violated the First Amendment by allowing local churches to prepare meals for team members. The organization sent a letter to Walker County Schools in LaFayette, Georgia, demanding that officials immediately investigate Mark Mariakis, the Ridgeland High School coach.
