They are NEVER EVER RIGHT about costs! EVER! Look at every - EVERY SINGLE Program they said would "save" money. This Bill is a disaster! DISASTER for Small Business and for the household consumer - BELIEVE IT! Do the research! It has NOTHING - NOTHING to do with saving the Planet. It has EVERYTHING to do with lining pockets - and NOT OURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
