Christie, not Patrick, named BIO Gov. of the year....

The gauntlet has been thrown down. The Biotechnology Industry Organization , which will descend on Boston’s convention center on Monday, with 4,000 companies and 15,000 attendees in tow, has proven that the fix ISN’T in. Unlike the Miss USA pageant, BIO didn’t give the crown to the guy with the "in," the host with the most, Gov. Deval Patrick. Instead, the biotechnology industry’s largest membership organization has given the award for governor of the year to Chris Christie.
