We are Sooooooooo afraid of "offending" people.......
Well, anyone other than law abiding citizens of the US.....those folks they'll trash in a nano-second.
I think there is a legitimate question here. As they so often say.....why object to the questions if there is nothing to hide...?

That’s all they’re asking and McCain and the Republican establishment in the Senate went to the floor to trash Bachmann.”
