Vice president Joe Biden, in Wisconsin campaigning for Democratic Sen. Russ Feingold, made a quick pit stop at Kopp’s Frozen Custard on Saturday. Almost immediately, Biden made apparent his misconception that he was about to eat ice cream, rather than custard. Not too long after that, the vice president became openly hostile when one of the workers at Kopp’s — which paid for the custard — told him to “lower our taxes.”"
