Good Lord we as a people are just collective MORON'S - are we not? Thank the heavens above we have such SMART people in Washington to watch out for us poor dimwitted people......wow.....However, when are the going to ban children? Bickering - battling brothers and sisters in the back seat? Since we are just too stupid to handle ANYTHING by ourselves...I think Children should be the next ban in cars.......
