Political gamesmanship at it's worst....we GIVE money away to dictators and any tin pot alley jerk who asks for it, but when one of ours says a project is fiscally insane.....the Government wields it's power???? Come on...it's patently obvious what this is.

He said it was only then that he had learned the state would be liable for $2.5 billion in cost overruns on top of the $8.7 billion price tag."
