This day isn't a day of celebration...this is a day to remember. To remember all those who died on September 11th,to all the family members left behind....
To all the men and woman of the military who have given that last full measure of devotion....to them WE give thanks.
To those still standing against the flood of evil that has gripped our world...WE say thank you for letting us sleep at night, while you don't. Words ring hollow.
A Monster is dead....Amen.
The president called the killing of bin Laden the 'most significant achievement to date' in the effort to defeat al Qaeda.
'Justice has been done,' Obama said.
Bin Laden was located at a compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, which was monitored and when the time was determined to be right, the president said, he authorized a 'targeted operation.'"
