Of course! Take the guns from law abiding licensed citizens...then only Al Qaeda will have guns! Works about as well in theory as their budget proposals.....
Here is a silly thought. Instead of smashing the Constitution and taking legal arms from it's citizenry....how about just addressing these so called "loop holes"...ey...???....seem to make a tad more sense....?
