Does Romney Truly Embrace Tea Party Principles?
He is NOT a supporter of smaller government. He says he is anti-tax...but in Mass. he called new taxes "Fees"....somethin Obama embraced in his latest "Jobs Bill" language. See...they think we're too stupid to see past the verbiage.
He also would repeal "Obamacare"...hey, thanks pal, but that does us here in Massachusetts NO GOOD.
You stuck us with Romneycare and then beat feet to run for President.
As this article says...if he is the nominee..I'll vote for him - but if he is....BEWARE.....he is Obama in Republican clothing....mark my words...............
Our in-your-face Obama-must-go approach was probably discomfiting to them.
Mary Kay Ash of Mary Kay Cosmetics fame said, "The speed of the leader is the speed of the gang." I believe that Romney supporter's lukewarm response to our presentation reflects his attitude regarding the Tea Party and our principles.
It confirms -- to me, at least -- that Mitt Romney is an establishment moderate Republican, willing to date and even have a live-in relationship with the Tea Party, but not committed enough to marry the Tea Party.
