THIS is why it's so important to win the Presidency - even with a flawed candidate. George Will's theory just doesn't hold water. The Obama Administration has made it clear it is going to end run the Congress and Senate whenever it wants...and NOBODY has the stones to stop them. So what if we control both Houses.....a House is only a home if there is cohesion and functionality. With President Obama circumventing the Constitution with impunity...what chance do we have?
